User Story: I can find out how engagement differs between types of activity, on a daily basis.

This report uses colour-coded activity thresholds to tell me:

  • Which Users might need help or training
  • Who the most engaged Users are, and where (Champions)
  • How many Users are actively engaging with Chat Messages, Team Messages, Calls and Meetings

See how many of your Users have a High, Very High, Medium or Low level of activity. Is this engagement as expected? Filtering to Department level, is the amount of activity what you’re aiming for as part of your Teams’ adoption goals? Compare a business function’s activity between countries; what might be causing the differences in levels of engagement? (efficiency, productivity)
