SQL Backups

Overview

By default the Modality deployment for Calls & Meetings module creates the SQL database within the DTU (Database Transaction Unit) model. 

This deployment model includes automated Azure backups for the SQL database included in it’s price at no additional cost.

Long term retention

If you wish to hold backup points longer than the 7 day point in time defaults, you can configure a long term retention policy and setup your own backup retentions to your needs.
