How does Modality Systems deal with your Teamwork Analytics data at the end of a trial or contract?

Modality Systems will delete the SQL database holding your organisations Teamwork Analytics data from Azure. Where applicable, Azure will hold the deleted database in a soft delete phase until the elapsed retention period has passed which is 30 days. At which point all traces of the database are removed automatically along with any backup restore points.

What about the PowerBI reports?

Modality Systems will remove any PowerBI workspaces where reports had been configured within from our tenant.

Can our organisation keep any of the Teamwork Analytic reports?

If you wish to retain the Teamwork Analytic reports for your organisation, we can export the PBIX templates and provide these on request.
