Call Trends

Part of Teamwork Analytics Calls & Meetings Teams Call Logger.

Summary

How many calls are made per day or per hour, broken down by call scenarios.

Use the date, Active Directory and Call Type slicers at the top of the report to limit to a particular area of interest. Further advanced filtering can be done using the Filter pane on the right hand side.

This report tells me

For each, a lighter dashed line shows the average number of calls per day or hour for the time period.

Total tenant calls over time

For all call scenarios, number of incoming and outgoing calls per day or per hour.

Tenant to PSTN calls over time

Calls where the Teams user (in your tenant) has called a PSTN number.

PSTN to tenant calls over time

Calls where a PSTN user has called a Teams user in your tenant.

Tenant internal calls over time

Calls between Teams users within in your tenant.

Tenant to external calls over time

Calls made by Teams users in your tenant to Teams users in other (federated) Teams tenants.

External to tenant calls over time

Calls made by Teams users in other (federated) Teams tenants to Teams users in your tenant.

Tips

Use the Date / Hour tabs to change view between calls per day, and calls per hour over the time period selected.
