Part of Teamwork Analytics Calls & Meetings Teams Call Logger.

Summary

Overview of calls made in Teams, and a breakdown of call scenarios.

Use the date, Active Directory and Call Type slicers at the top of the report to limit to a particular area of interest. Further advanced filtering can be done using the Filter pane on the right hand side.

This report tells me

Total Calls

  • Distinct calls
  • Single-leg calls
  • Multi-leg calls
  • Breakdown by scenario

Tenant to PSTN calls

Calls where the Teams user (in your tenant) has called a PSTN number.

  • Breakdown of single/multi leg calls
  • Volume of calls by day

PSTN to Tenant Calls

Calls where a PSTN user has called a Teams user in your tenant.

  • Breakdown of single/multi leg calls
  • Volume of calls by day

Tenant Internal Calls

Calls between Teams users within in your tenant.

  • Breakdown of single/multi leg calls
  • Volume of calls by day

Tenant to External Calls

Calls made by Teams users in your tenant to Teams users in other (federated) Teams tenants.

  • Breakdown of single/multi leg calls
  • Volume of calls by day

External to Tenant Calls

Calls made by Teams users in other (federated) Teams tenants to Teams users in your tenant.

  • Breakdown of single/multi leg calls
  • Volume of calls by day

Tips

Multi-leg calls are typically seen where call queues, IVRs / contact centres, or forwarding to voicemail occurs.
